I missed a drop or the drop was not successful, how do I request it?

To request that a drop be relaunched, please visit the appropriate drop page and click the "Request" button. By submitting a request, you’ll be among the first to know when the drop goes live again.

 

Buyers are notified when requests are submitted and they’ll work to bring the product back if there’s enough interest. The more requests a product gets, the more likely we’ll relaunch the drop sooner.

 

The time it takes to relaunch a drop depends on whether or not we can source enough of the product from the vendor or manufacturer. If we’ve run the drop multiple times in the past, it’ll generally take 2 to 3 months from the last end date for the drop to be relaunched.
